Frederick Cares is a local organization mobilizing engagement to promote positive social change in our community.
Our Story
In response to the increased divisiveness and hatred seen over the past year, Frederick residents are coming together to effect positive social change in our community. We are seeking to bring together those who wish to effect change, and those who need assistance.
